I believe the reason the Creator made certain things was to keep us in balance. Especially in balance with our spiritual self. There is a reason why moon cycles once a month with its illuminating beams. The scientific world would claim because of it rotating around the earth and leave it with that. I believe the Creator did it to remind and keep us in spiritual bond. If you are asking "what bond?" Then maybe you should ask the moon the next time it casts its light.
