Being born and raised in northern Wisconsin, I truly enjoy the gifts that the Creator gave to everyone to enjoy and hold
sacred. Such as the Chequamegon National Forest which is my neighbor to the north of me.
I spend a lot of time in the
Chequamegon enjoying the eagles, wolves, deer, and other Creator’s gifts. Drawing inspiration from watching a sunset
or a moon rising through the heavens. Other beauties of nature also help fan the flame of my song creativity.
The photography that I used on this web site came from hiking trips here in northern Wisconsin and road trips
to the desert southwest.
My heritage is Russian/German. My relatives came from the Volhynia area which was in the western part of Russia. From
there more distant relatives migrated from the Baltic area.
Watching a thunderhead billowing one hot July afternoon,
I came to realize how insignificant a person is in God’s creation. Man is no more than a speck of dust in the realm
of the cosmos. Being humbled by God’s creation, my spiritual soul is bountiful.
My greatest hope is that my
flute playing will enrich your spirit.
