I have been drinking green tea with lemongrass this past week.  Did you ever read what lemongrass is good for?  Wow.  It supposes to help detoxify the liver, pancreas, kidney, bladder and the digestive tract. Stimulate digestion. Kill indigestion and gastroenteritis.  Reduce blood pressure. And clear up the skin.  Whoever thought a person could get all these benefits from drinking lemongrass tea.  It doesn’t taste all that bad both hot and cold.

I have been looking for Coyote Oldman’s Thunderchord music cd.  I checked at a local Borders Book Store and found out they have been cleaning out the New Age shelf of the music section.  It really surprised me that Borders was doing this.  At this particular store they cut the New Age volume in half.  My guess is that they are doing this due to slow sales.  Maybe this particular style of music is moving into digital sales faster than the rest.

Anyhow I did finally have found a copy.  But I had to order it from amazon.com.  I probably could have ordered it directly from Coyote Oldman’s web site. But Amazon was convenient.  I really like the title track on this cd.  The entire Thunderchord album is great.  Filled with Native American style flutes and pan flutes.  It is great to listen to when doing yoga, meditation and relaxing.
