Topic: odd stuff
I started fasting today for a 3 day fast. Purifying the body mind and spirit with cleansing and prayer.
I’m using Yogi Tea’s "Fasting Tea" to keep me up on energy during the very low calorie days. Meals consist of blended juices and watery soups.
Yogi’s Tea’s thought today is;
