Topic: odd stuff
I was looking for the perfect candle for the Cherry wood candle holder that I made. And then it happened. I was walking through a local K-Mart store and found the candle section. The new thing now is led candles. No burning flame but a led candle flicker bulb. Just turn on a little switch on the bottom and instant warm feeling and glowing candle.
I have always been a little skeptical about using the traditional candle. Maybe forgetting to blow them out and causing a real fire hazard. Coming home or waking up with your house ablaze wouldn’t make anybody’s day.
Now with the led candle there is no worry. If you forget to shut it off the battery will just eventually die. The led candles I purchased battery life was 80 hours. And they look so real. Cool.
Just turn on the switch, turn down the lights, listen to some soothing wood flute or acoustic guitar and meditate, relax or just socialize with your favorite. Very cool.
