ITunes mp3 music transfers and organizing

If you use ITunes and add mp3 files, sometimes they are not labeled correctly. Maybe instead of the song title you got a "track 01" instead. Or the artist’s name comes up as "unknown".

Personally I like to edit the song using the ITunes module on my computer. If you right click on the track when it is displayed it will bring up a menu. Using this feature you can edit the song track. Then when you download the track into your mp3 player it will display the song’s info for you. This is great for organizing and transfers.

I like to critique the tracks I record with my wood flutes before releasing them. I will load them up on my mp3 player after adding the song title and artist name to the track. If they don’t make the grade I will do some editing and try it again.

I found this article on other ways for ITunes mp3 transfers and organizing song files. In this article they use outside music organizing software you can download. Remember always be safe when downloading anything including software programs. You should always check for viruses before downloading anything.

Please keep in mind I didn’t write this article or know the author. KCDoberstein

An iTunes Organizer That Works on Autopilot　　 by Julian Hooks

Have you been searching for an iPod organizer. Or in other words a program that will automatically organize your iTunes library. I found myself in that same situation a couple months ago. Primarily because I have a couple friends who make music and their songs were never properly added to my library. So a couple of my favorite songs were labeled track 08 and track 12. Those songs happened to be mixed in with about 10 other un-labeled songs. Luckily I found an iTunes organizer that safely and automatically sorted my music library. By no means was my friends music stored in their enormous database, but this did help me to identify all the other unknown songs. Then I was able to edit my friends tracks manually.

There are quite a few iTunes organizers on the internet for download. But after doing my research it boiled down to two. Tidysongs and Tuneup Media are the programs. They are both excellent mp3 tag editing services, and I actually tried them both out because they have trial downloads.

Tidysongs has the ability to delete duplicate songs while Tuneup does not. But in return Tuneup has some features like concert alerts, social media connections, and syncs up with Wikipedia and YouTube to give you more information and videos based on your playlist, which is pretty cool. Tuneup also works with windows media player, Tidysongs is exclusive to iTunes.

So depending on what exactly you need in an iTunes organizer one of these two programs will definitely help you out.

If your music collection is a mess and full of "Track 01" and "Unknown Artist" you can organize iTunes automatically in minutes!

Fix mislabeled music, download album art, and get concert alerts with the best iTunes Organizer on the market. Click the links above or copy and past this URL in to your address bar for a full review of the program and its features, complete with a video tutorial on how to use the software.

About the Author

Fixmp3tags.com

Bookmark and Promote Itunes mp3 organizing!

Bookmark on del.icio.us

Digg this post

Stumble this post

My way on how to attain inner peace.

Being spiritually at peace or inner peace can a blissful feeling. Serenity and calmness can describe the pleasure of peace of mind. To achieve this state of mind I believe a person must know themselves in a spiritual sense.

The feeling you get when watching the morning sunrise and know it is the heavens shining on you.

The sentiment you get watching the moonrise out of the eastern skies. You receive such a deep feeling of grace and beauty from the heavenly glow.

Hearing the nightly love chants of crickets and frogs on a warm northern forest night.

Or spending the day in the Jemez National Forest on a warm spring day. It was a sun filled day of high country bliss. The Ponderosa Pine smelling so sweet was being highlighted with the warm sun’s rays. Light southerly winds whistling through the tall pines scattering the incense of sage and pine.

All is beautiful.

All is serene.

KCDoberstein

Meditation flute music and the sunrise.

For the past week it has been raining and the temperatures were cool. The precipitation has been a steady shower and feeding the low water table. The recently planted crops have been sprouting out of the ground looking healthy and green.

And this morning we were blessed with a beautiful sunrise. It shown in hues of yellow and red through a low morning mist. This morning’s meditation was bursting with the warm rays of sol and flute.

The songbirds were singing warm music on this rainless first light. All is beautiful.

The Dreams of Peace music project is going well. I designed a album cover for it this past week. I think it looks cool. When I finish it I will like to post a picture on the wood flute blog.

I included on this post a short clipof a track on Dreams of Peace.

KCDoberstein

New Wood Flute Music Project

This week I started a new music venture. Dreams of Peace will be a very mellow and soft sounding featuring the Native American style wood flute. I just got back from a road trip from the southwest and the experience was an inspiration in itself. I’m drawing a lot of creativity from the trip and voicing it in this music CD.

I met a lot of very nice folk in New Mexico and Arizona. It is no wonder they call it the Land of Enchantment. I have been in the southwest several times in the last few years and it never gets old. There is always something new to see.

Taos was nice as ever with its beautiful scenery and the friendly locals. Albuquerque was busy as ever. I have to admit that city is too crazy for me.

I meet flute maker Marlon Magdalena from Jemez, New Mexico on this trip. He does some beautiful flute making work. His work is one of a kind. I want to buy one of his creations very soon. It would be cool to use it on the Dreams of Peace music project. You can check out Marlon’s wood flute work. Update: click to see a picture of Marlon playing one of his flutes at Coronado State Monument on June 4, 2010 for the opening reception for the Grand reopening of the painted kiva.

You can listen to a track from the Dreams of Peace music CD Sample Track

KCDoberstein

The moon was showing its face as the sun was starting to rise this morning. Twilight rays of hope were peeking through the trees of green full of spring. The sun has been warming the earth here in northern Wisconsin. Sadly many have been tetchy about the warm days and sitting inside in air-conditioned home to escape it. Not this guy I enjoy it.

Recently I added more pictures that I taken of the forest and streams to my photo album. Soon I will include some images of ruins that I seen in the desert southwest.

The creative juices are starting to flow again with some new wood flute designs on mind. Thinking bold colors maybe this time. We will have to see.

KCDoberstein

Wood flutes and new router

I worked on the Hand Crafted Wood Flutes web site and added the page Black Walnut wood flute in G. Sometimes flute projects that you think will go good don’t. And others you do on a whim go great. The black Walnut flute was done on an impulse and went well. The finishing coats came out nice. I discussed those finishing techniques on the Wood Flute site.

A while back I talked about my router dying and laying in shambles on top of the work bench. I got enough coin together to order a new one from Sears. I always trusted their tools and never had any problems with them. And for the price you can’t really complain about it. This router has both a ¼ and ½ collets which you need to make big bore flutes. I got a Sears Craftmens ¼ router a long time ago as a gift (about 20 years back). And it still is working fine. Unfortunately with the 1/4 bit size limit it doesn’t fit the 7/8 inch core box bit.

I’m not going to mention the name of the router that dyed an early death. I only got about a year out of it or about 20 wood flutes. But I will say it takes a lot of Skil to make flutes. It has been awhile since I made a flute and I’m getting itchy.

KCDoberstein

Some poetry that actually rhymes.

Hi friend, how are you doing? Recently I’ve been working on some short rhyming poetry for my collection. Sometimes the words flow like a brook in the forest. Creating music seems to work that way also. Maybe because the northern Wisconsin forest is starting to green out that the creativity is emerging. I look out my patio door and see all different shades of green in my humble forest home. Beauty surrounds.

The new material is on The Short Story and Poetry website:

A Northern Loon Calling into the Night

Lonesome Warrior

Grace of the Moon

My poetry tends to be spiritual and inspirational in nature. I don’t write this way intentional. It just comes out that way I guess.

KCDoberstein

Short fiction and free verse prose site.

Recently to make it easier for folks to find my short fictional writings, rhyme poetry and free verse prose I moved all of it to a different part of my web site. Some of the prose is inspirational toned.

Recently I wrote a rhyming poem about north woods wildlife. More specifically it is about the loon coming back home for the warm months. A Northern Loon Calling into the Night is a short poem. I wrote it after hearing the call of a loon this spring when I hiking in the Chequamegon. We true north woods individuals enjoy hearing the loon returning from their southern winter home.

I also included the short fiction story about a teenage boy dealing with a bully in high school.

KCDoberstein

Wooden Tongue Drum web site

Recently I started to build a wooden tongue drum web site. The main focus of the site is providing more information about the wood tongue drum. There is a video page that features different artists playing different styles of tongue drums. Also some histories of the Aztec or Mayan log tongue drum.

Also on the site there will be a diary of me making an wood tongue drum.

The site will be updated on a regular basis.

The Emergence of Life in the Forest.

The forest canopy is just starting to bud. The male Ruffed Grouse are drumming for their mates. The forest stream is thawed and running. Woodland night sounds of frogs, crickets and birds are back again singing in harmony with the earth.

Beauty surrounds

Beauty speaks

Beauty comes to life.

The Chequamegon is coming out of hibernation. Coming out of a deep slumber of rest. I had two Eagles fly low over my humble abode yesterday. I’m taking it as a sign of good things to come.

I took this picture of the Yellow River in the Chequamegon last night. A month ago I was snowshoeing on it. Things sure can change fast.

KCDoberstein
