I got the walnut flute finished this past week. This wood block style is promised to a very good friend of mine. She took a look at it when I showed it to her and said "thanks’.

"Thanks for what?" I retorted.

"Thanks for the beautiful flute you made me"

"Well I guess you are welcomed"

I didn’t really have plans to give it to her. But she sure can play it well.

This flute is keyed in "G" and made in Native American block style. 7/8^th’s bore and 3/16 walls. Here are some pictures of it and I also added an Dark Walnut flute mp3 that you can listen to.
