Topic: odd stuff
I like to drink a lot of herbal tea especially from the Yogi Tea Company. Generally I will make up a double batch in the morning, let it cool and add some ice to it and sip it through the day.
When I’m brewing it up I like to read the quotes on their philosophy of life on each tea bag string. This one this morning says;
The Universe is the stage on which you dance, guided by your heart.
What a great outlook on life. The only way to travel the cosmos is by your heart.

The Yogi Tea I’m drinking today is Green Tea Pomegranate. It is a good herbal tea with a fruity taste. I hope you enjoyed the meditation today.
